You need to setup the generating of tasks from activities before you can make persons and/or teams responsible for activities.
We recommend that you setup person roles for receiving tasks, which you can read more about here.
- Go to "Planning and executing"
- Mark "FM plans"
- If the activity exists - Find it and click "Edit". If is doesn't exist, you need to create a new activity by clicking "New activity" and then "Periodic activity"
- Set "Generate events automatically" to "Yes" in the drop down menu
- Enter the rest of the settings. And select the "Responsible" person. If you select a role, all the users with that role will be responsible.
NB: The activity will now be generating tasks from the chosen period and other settings.
